Dance Beat Studio - School of Dance (About Us)

Dance can benefit the physical and psychological health of people of all ages. Exercise can lift moods and reduce risk of depression. It can give participants a boost of confidence. Dance tends to be a shared pursuit and therefore helps build friendships. 

At Dance Beat Studio children are prepared for examinations in the I.S.T.D Syllabus. However examinations are not compulsory as the aim of the school is to promote dance as a form of keeping fit, having fun, boosting confidence and learning new skills.
